Wendy Wesley is a St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay registered and licensed dietitian and nutritionist who works to improve the health of the community.

She works in private practice where she helps her clients lose weight, prevent and manage chronic disease and reduce their reliance on medications.

Wendy writes meal plans, develops recipes and teaches label reading for her clients. She specializes in weight loss, menopausal diets, GI, diabetes, cardiac disease and renal nutrition.

She is a local and statewide food policy activist and writes, podcasts, Zooms and lectures on the health outcomes of nutrition insecurity. Wendy advocates for more nutrient-dense foods in USDA areas of low income and low access or “food deserts.”
